Working with Window Depot Upstate was stress free!Our patio sliding door was more affordable than any other local company.From sales to scheduling and then through install they knocked it out of the park.Tim, our foreman, discovered a major issue during install and made sure to explain to us what needed done to fix it properly.The root issue was a major leak not even caused by the door but by our siding/gutters.The door had been affected for years since we kept putting it off.We wished we would have called Window Depot Upstate much sooner as we cannot thank the whole team enough!!

We had windows and siding done on our house. The process started with Jonathan coming out later in the day after i got off work for both quotes which is appreciated. Paul and Ivan did our windows, both were great guys and got 7 windows done in a day. The crew they used to do the siding were all very nice as well and did a great install job. My biggest compliment is the cleanup from both teams, if I didn't see them there myself, I wouldn't have known they were ever there. All trash was picked up and they were super careful with my garden areas. It's so nice coming home to a refreshed house and having fully functional, clear window!

Paul Yenko and Son Installed My windows and back door, a real Pro! Wonderful job, very conscientious and attention to detail was always part of their act! Asked that they careful not to let dogs out, and they never forgot to shoo them away from the door if they came too close. cleaned as they worked, and left no mess. Have a few windows left to done, they'll have the job when I get the money!

Paul and another man installed a sliding glass door. They were awesome. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy with the installation. These two guys are an asset to your company. Don’t find such quality workers anymore.I can’t say enough good things about the installation but as far as Eric Gilbert is concerned I wouldn’t recommend him to do anything. He does not return calls, he lies and he has no regard for the customer. I waited 4 months for my sliding glass door and was given uptrend excuses.

Paul and his son did a fantastic job replacing all the windows on our double-wide home. These men were so polite with our young family and let the kids talk their ears off while they were working. Paul explained the features of the windows, and he and his son are definitely people we will have back for other needed projects on our farm. These guys are the best! Great to work with. Bogdan came out and listened to what we wanted to do. We replaced a sliding door and window with a pair of doors, one of which has a dog door built into it. Bogdan drew up what we wanted and knocked out the paperwork. Alan came out and did the install. And the install was quick, efficient, and very professional. The door is extremely high quality, and beautiful. Can't recommend Window Depot or these two highly enough.

Peter did a wonderful job replacing our old shower with a brand new one. He was on time very mannerable and did a top job.

I called Window Depot to install a doggie door. They came they the very next day and installed the door neatly and cleanly. My dog is a little but getting chubbier as the days go by. I'm still teaching him to go out but he willing comes in by himself, and of course, gets rewarded. It was wonderful when Brandon explained the placement of the door in accordance with my dog's size needs. I an extremely happy and will recommend Window Depot for the simplest and largest needs.

This project has been a wonderful experience. When Aubrey (the salesman) came out, he was on time and explained the product in great detail. My modular home is 28 years old, and I was looking to get windows that would be more energy efficient. I was a little hesitant because it is a major purchase. All I could afford right now was the 6 front windows where the sun really beats down hard. The windows came in in only a few weeks and were installed by Paul in what I felt was an amazingly short time. He worked quickly and the finished job looks fabulous. He even cleaned up after himself and hauled my old windows away. I feel like I live in a new house. Oh, I don’t want to forget about the man (whose name I can’t recall) who came and took laser measurements. He also was on time and very efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs new windows. 5 + stars all around.

It was a windy pollen filled couple days, so plenty of mess in and around the windows, which they cleaned up completely. We love the new windows especially the picture windows in our kitchen area. That change made an amazing view we hardly knew we had.

We had a walk in laydown tub installed . Mark came to the house and explanined everything. It took about 2 days to have the tub removed the new one installed and the surrounding floor replaced. The plummer was fast and paid attention to every detail and showed us how to operate the tub.. Floor installers were fast and did a great job. They removed all construction debri and cleaned up the area, I would recommend them highly

Everything about the process of working with Window Depot of the Upstate was terrific. We have two nightly rental units that we blocked off availability for two days so our windows could be replaced. Therefore, we needed the contractor to show up when they promised and not leave us with a mess to clean up when they left. They came through on every committment. Mark and his son arrived first thing in the morning and started work righ away. They were meticulous in their work, were courtious, resprected our property, cleaned up, and did a great job. From start to Finnish these guys are great! I’m a little OCD, so I wasn’t all happy with the finished job on D day, but I called the guy and he was at my house in 30 mins with a guy coming the next morning to fix some things. Great windows, great staff, great customer service..

Paul installed French Doors replacing the standard single door from the original build 20 years ago. He did an excelent job! He was on time completed the job earlier than expected and cleaned up everything before he left. He's been in the building trade his whole career and was very professional in his conduct and workmanship. All that and pleasant too. Highly recommend.

Such a great experience from start to finish and still receiving support from them weeks after our windows were installed! Our salesperson Nick was great explained our options and had such great communication. Response time was also amazing. Our installers came and finished our job in ONE day. And we had our entire home done with a little under 20 windows in total!! They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves and were also a pleasure to talk to while they were here! After install we even received a follow up phone call from the owner himself who was also very kind. Ended up discovering an imperfection with one of our windows none of us had initially noticed and all I had to do was text Nick and he immediately responded and ordered the replacement. The best customer service I’ve seen from a company in a VERY long time. Windows are a huge purchase and that can be a bit scary, but this company made it as stress free as possible!

We had a jacuzzi tub and shower replaced with a walk-in shower and glass doors. From start to finish Pete was AMAZING! We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. From the sales rep to install everyone was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They are dependable and show up when they say they are going to and stay until the job is done. 10 out 10 for us.

I am so glad we took the plunge and hired Windows Depot to replace our windows. They have improve the curve appeal of our house. Not knowing, the crew saw water damage because the seal on our windows were not there and we had water coming down the sides of our house. But praise God we caught the problem before major damages.
